本标准规定了应用高效空间排阻色谱法测定动植物油脂中聚合甘油三酯含量的方法。含量的适用范围为不低于3%（按峰面积计算）。
本标准适用于煎炸油、加热处理后的油脂，也可用于动物饲料脂肪中聚合物的测定。
注1： 聚合甘油三酯（即二聚和寡聚甘油三酯）在油脂加热过程中形成，本方法用于评价煎炸油脂的热劣变程度。
注2： 在分析动物饲料中脂肪时，使用的萃取法对结果有影响（见ISO 6492）。
