本标准规定了手工枪刺胶背地毯又称手工簇绒胶背地毯（以下简称手工胶背地毯）的产品分类、要求、测定方法、检验规则、标志、标签和包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于以羊毛、腈纶、尼龙或羊毛混纺纱线为绒头原料，利用手工专用枪刺工具将纱线刺入底基布形成绒头列，在毯背涂敷胶粘剂固定绒头的手工胶背块状地毯产品质量的判定。以其他纤维材料为绒头的块毯或满铺手工胶背地毯也可参照使用。
