全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 104)
GB/T 26831的本部分规定了一种电池供电的单一抄读设备（“主站”）和单只仪表或一组仪表(最多为5只)之间通信或抄读的本地仪表抄读系统(“本地总线”)的物理层参数。“主站”可以临时性地或恒久性地直接连接仪表(即：本地抄读)，也可经由固定线路或小的总线连接仪表(电缆总长度最大50 m，即：本地的远程抄读)。
