本标准规定了管电压不大于225 kV的X射线管有效焦点尺寸为5 μm～300 μm的清晰边沿X射线照相测量方法。
图像质量和X射线图像的分辨率主要取决于焦点特性，焦点的成像质量依靠对象平面二维密度分布。
为特定用途使用的X射线照相技术。
注： 通过协商可以对较高千伏电压的X射线管使用相同的方法，但测量准确度较差。
