本标准对高压无源电力滤波装置进行了定义、分类，规定了设计原则、设计依据、设计方法、应用技术的基本内容等。
本标准适用于工频50 Hz、额定电压为1000 V及以上至110 kV及以下高压无源电力滤波装置（以下简称滤波装置)。
滤波装置的设计与应用，除应符合本导则的规定外，尚应符合国家现行的有关标准、规范的规定。
