本部分适用于带有可倾斜或不可倾斜门架或货叉，额定起重量不大于5 000 kg的同类型工业车辆。
本部分也适用于在相同作业条件下装有载荷搬运属具的同类型工业车辆，及装有附加载荷提升装置的操作者位置起升高度不大于1 200 mm的拣选车。
