本标准规定了液化天然气(LNG)车辆燃料系统加注设施防止火灾和爆炸采取的合理保护措施。
本标准适用于储罐容积不超过265 m3的各种类型液化天然气（LNG）车辆燃料系统加注设施，以及LNG-CNG（压缩天然气）转化设施的设计、安装、操作和维护。
本标准不适用于本标准生效以前已经建成或已被批准建造安装的设施、设备和结构装置，另有说明的除外。
