本标准规定了塑料瓶冲洗灌装旋盖机的术语和定义、型号、型式、基本参数及工作条件、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输与贮存。
本标准适用于用螺纹密封塑料瓶（以下简称“瓶体”）的液体低温灌装、常温灌装、热灌装的回转式灌旋机（以下简称“灌旋机”）。
本标准主要适用于饮料、调味品等产品的灌装，不适用于带颗粒液态物料、高黏度液态物料的灌装和液态物料的超洁净灌装、无菌灌装。
