本标准规定了经加工制成的果汁和蔬菜汁类生产企业食品安全管理体系的特定要求，包括人力资源、前提方案、关键过程控制、检验、产品追溯和撤回。
本标准配合GB/T 22000以适用于果汁和蔬菜汁类生产企业建立、实施与自我评价其食品安全管理体系，也适用于对此类生产企业食品安全管理体系的外部评价和认证。
本标准用于认证目的时，应与GB/T 22000一起使用。GB/T 22000与本标准之间的对应关系参见附录A。
