本标准适用于采用焙烧浸出电积铸锭烟气制酸或富氧直接浸出炼锌等冶炼工艺为代表的湿法炼锌企业，其生产车间排放废水的直接回收利用以及生产系统产生的废水经集中收集处理后产出的再生水作为中水回用。
