GB/T 27698的本部分规定了板式热交换器液-液无相变、汽-液冷凝有相变、汽-液蒸发有相变测试工况（包括半焊板式热交换器、全焊板式热交换器）的传热和流体阻力性能测试方法。
本部分适用的测试流体为液体-液体、蒸汽-液体。
本部分只考虑传热板材料导热热阻，未考虑传热板两侧污垢热阻。
按本部分规定测试的板式热交换器的板片数应不少于7片。
