GB 31251的本部分适用于输入电压不超过最大交流有效值1 000 V的电阻焊和类似工艺所用设备。本部分没有规定安全要求。
符合本部分要求的电阻焊设备应认为是符合应用要求的。
频率范围从0 Hz～400 GHz。
本部分电阻焊设备的电磁兼容要求不低于其他通用标准，因此无需增加其他的电磁兼容试验项目。
