本标准规定了电力电缆用承插式混凝土导管（以下简称导管）的分类、标记和规格尺寸、原材料及施工辅助材料要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、贮存、包装和运输、出厂证明书等。
本标准适用于采用工厂制造、现场安装、用橡胶圈柔性密封、连杆连接的电力电缆用的混凝土预制导管。通讯或其他电缆的保护管可参照本标准。
