本标准规定了建筑用秸秆植物板材(以下简称秸秆板)产品的术语和定义，分类与标记，要求，试验方法，检验规则，标志、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以硫铝酸盐水泥、改性镁质胶凝材料、通用硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料，以中低碱玻璃纤维或耐碱玻璃纤维为增强材料，加入粉碎农作物秸秆、稻壳或木屑(植物纤维质量分数应不小于10%)为填料生产的工业与民用建筑的非承重墙板。
