GB/T 27797的本部分规定了注射模塑团状模塑料(BMC)试验试样的一般原理，给出了用重复性注塑条件注塑同一类型试样的模具设计细节。在适当情况下，GB/T 27797的本部分也适用于片状模塑料(SMC)注射模塑。其目的是提升注塑工艺中主要参数的一致性，在注塑条件报告中建立统一的操作规程。特殊条件下，注塑用于比较实验的试验板，需要变更所用的注射料。这些条件应在相应注射料的方法标准中给出，或者双方达成一致。
