GB/T 27797的本部分规定了使用加热加压及不同的设备（如热压机、气压机、液压机和真空袋压设备）成型多层单向纤维预浸料或织物（预浸）试验板的方法，适用于所有增强材料和树脂。
本方法适用于热固性树脂预浸料和热塑性树脂预浸料，制备试验板时将预浸料按照要求的顺序和方向铺放，压紧并在加热加压/真空状态下固化，制备的试验板宜用机械加工成试样。
用此方法制成的标准板可用于分析其组分，即增强材料、添加剂和树脂等，也可用于鉴定最终产品的综合质量。
