本标准规定了聚酯粉末涂料用固化剂的分类和分等、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装和贮存等内容。
本标准适用于羧基聚酯粉末涂料用异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯（TGIC）和羟烷基酰胺（HAA）固化剂。
 注： 羟烷基酰胺（HAA）固化剂指主要成分为N，N，N′，N′-四羟乙基己二酰胺的羟烷基酰胺。
