本标准适用于测定聚合物低分子量组分的含量。由于聚合物材料性质多样，所含低分子量物质也不同，一些聚合物因具有特殊复杂结构而不适于使用凝胶色谱法来测定低分子量含量，可以采用其他方法测定，测定时根据聚合物材料的详细资料，选择相应的仪器测定。
