本标准规定了电袋复合除尘器（以下简称除尘器）的术语和定义、产品分类、基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、使用说明书、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于电力、建材、冶金、化工、轻工等行业烟尘温度大于120℃的高温烟尘治理，原料及副产品回收等常温烟尘（烟尘温度不大于120℃）治理可参照执行。
