本标准规定了冷库设计、施工、运行管理及制冷系统长时间停机时的安全要求。
本标准适用于以氨、卤代烃等为制冷剂的直接制冷系统及间接制冷系统的冷库。其他类型的冷库和制冷系统可参照执行。
本标准不适用于作为产品出售的室内装配式冷库。
