本标准规定了工业用非重复充装焊接钢瓶充装的基本原则和安全技术要求。
本标准适用于在环境温度-40 ℃～60 ℃下使用的，储存介质被GB/T 7778划为A类制冷剂(限低压液化气体)，试验压力pT≤6.2 MPa(表压)、容积V≤25 L(当pT＞3.5 MPa时，V≤5 L)的符合GB 17268标准的工业用非重复充装焊接钢瓶(以下简称钢瓶)。
