本标准规定了呼吸器用铝内胆碳纤维全缠绕复合气瓶（以下简称气瓶）的型式和参数、技术要求、试验方法和合格标准、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和储存等要求。
本标准适用于设计、制造公称工作压力不大于30MPa，公称容积不大于12L，使用环境温度-40℃～60℃，可重复充装呼吸气体的气瓶。
