全国家用电器标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 46)
本标准规定了家用和类似用途膜状电热元件的术语和定义、分类和命名、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于单相电压不超过250 V，三相电压不超过480 V，应用于家用或类似用途电器的膜状电热元件。
注： 适用于本标准的膜状电热元件包括金属基体陶瓷浆料电热元件、玻璃管氧化锡膜电热元件和云母基体氧化锡膜电热元件。碳基浆料、碳纤维、金属膜、导电高分子材料等材料体系的膜状电热元件的相关要求正在考虑中。
