本标准给出了电离辐射诱发人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变的剂量效应曲线的建立和用其估算生物剂量的方法。
本标准适用于一次比较均匀的全身外照射事故受照人员的剂量估算。
 本标准也适用于一次比较均匀的全身外照射复合烧伤的病例剂量估算。
本标准不适用于分次照射、长期小剂量累积照射和内照射的生物剂量估算。
