本标准规定了非道路用柴油机加权燃料消耗率和机油消耗率限值及其试验方法。
本标准适用于标定功率不大于560 kW的陆用（道路车辆、三轮汽车和低速货车用除外）、船用、农林拖拉机和农业机械用、工程机械用、发电机组用、水泵机组用等非道路用柴油机（以下简称柴油机），所用燃料为轻柴油，不包括燃用重油的船用柴油机。
注： 出口柴油机适用进口国家或地区的燃料消耗率限值标准或法规。
