本标准适用于钢铁企业在原料准备、烧结、球团、炼铁、炼钢和轧钢等工艺过程中产生尘泥的回收及利用，不包括冶金辅料尘泥、轧钢含油尘泥和特种矿加工过程产生尘泥的回收及利用。其他行业含铁尘泥回收及利用可参照本标准执行。
