本标准规定了电力电容器单元的声压级测量方法，并以此来确定电力电容器单元的声功率级。
本标准适用于标称电压1 kV及以上、频率为50 Hz的交流电力系统用并联电容器单元、交流滤波电容器单元、直流滤波电容器单元，其他电力电容器单元可参考本标准执行。
