本标准规定了小船电气系统的设计、建造、安装和试验要求。
本标准适用于内河和海上航行的船长不大于50 m或总登记吨不超过500 GRT的小船。
本标准不适用于仅用蓄电池为发动机启动和航行灯供电的小船，该蓄电池是由船内或船外驱动发动机的交流发电机充电。
