本标准规定了用同位素稀释-高分辨气相色谱/高分辨质谱法测定饲料中17种2,3,7,8-氯取代的多氯代二苯并二噁英（PCDDs）和多氯代二苯并呋喃（PCDFs）(以下简称PCDD/Fs)以及12种二噁英类多氯联苯（DL-PCBs）（见表A.1和表A.2）的方法。
本标准适用于饲料原料、配合饲料、浓缩饲料、精料补充料、添加剂预混合饲料以及饲料添加剂。
