GB/T 28712的本部分规定了浮头式换热器（以下简称“换热器”）和浮头式冷凝器（以下简称“冷凝器”）的型式、公称压力、公称直径、计算换热面积等基本参数。
本部分适用公称直径不大于1 900 mm、公称压力不大于6.4 MPa的内导流换热器。
本部分适用公称直径不大于1 000 mm、公称压力不大于4.0 MPa的外导流换热器。
本部分适用公称直径不大于1 800 mm、公称压力不大于4.0 MPa的冷凝器。
