本标准规定了软钎料的拉伸试验、润湿性试验、QFP引线钎焊接头45°角拉脱试验(见附录B) 和片式元器件钎焊接头剪切试验方法(见附录C)。
本标准适用于无铅钎料和锡铅钎料的性能试验，其他软钎料也可参照使用。
