本标准规定了地热发电用汽轮机（以下简称地热汽轮机）及其主要辅助设备的术语和定义、技术要求、试验和检验等的基本要求。
本标准适用于利用地热流体为工质，驱动发电机的固定式发电用汽轮机。
本标准不适用于下列地热汽轮机：
a)〓直接利用地热流体作工质的两相流旋转透平。
b)〓利用地热流体加热低沸点有机工作流体作工质的汽轮机。
