本标准规定了大型盐水制冰机组(以下简称“机组”)的术语和定义、型式与基本参数、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以R717或氟代烃类物质为制冷剂，以盐水间接冷却形式制取非食用块状白冰、日产量不小于10 t的制冰机组。
日产量小于10 t的小型盐水制冰机组和透明冰盐水制冰机组可参照执行。
