本标准规定了钢制采暖散热器的分类与型号，要求，试验方法，检验规则，标志、使用说明书和合格证，包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于工业与民用建筑中，以不高于95 ℃的热水或不高于0.3 MPa的饱和蒸汽为热媒的钢制采暖散热器（以下简称散热器）。
