本标准规定了汽车轮胎滚动阻力限值标准用术语和定义、要求、测量方法和检验规则。
本标准适用于新的轿车子午线充气轮胎和新的载重汽车子午线充气轮胎。
本标准不适用于仅供临时使用的备用轮胎、公路型挂车特种专用ST轮胎、轻型载重汽车高通过性轮胎、速度能力80 km/h及其以下的载重汽车轮胎。
