本标准规定了测定门的开启和关闭，用钥匙或执手锁闭和打开五金配件所需作用力的试验方法。
本标准适用于手动操作的带锁闭装置的平开和推拉开启形式的人行门。
本标准不适用于装有自动关闭装置的门的关闭力的测量，也不适用于装有特殊五金配件如紧急开启装置的门。
