本标准适用于由一种或一种以上具备生物降解能力的聚酯树脂经由塑料改性制备的、可用于吹塑薄膜的生物降解塑料（简称为生物降解塑料）。常见的聚酯树脂主要有聚乳酸、聚α羟基烷基酸酯、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、脂肪族芳香族共聚酯等。
