本标准规定了用火焰原子吸收分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定化妆品中总铬含量的方法。
本标准适用于化妆品中总铬含量的测定。当称样量为1 g时，火焰原子吸收分光光度法检出限为0.25 mg/kg，定量限为0.83 mg/kg；电感耦合等离子体质谱法检出限为0.005 mg/kg，定量限为0.015 mg/kg。
