本标准高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法对丙烯酰胺的检出限为30 μg/kg，定量限为90 μg/kg；高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱法对丙烯酰胺的检出限为5 μg/kg，定量限为15 μg/kg。
