GB/T 29836的本部分给出了系统与软件易用性的指标体系框架及其相关指标定义，规定了系统与软件易用性质量特性，为系统与软件的供方、需方、第三方评测机构提供统一的易用性指标体系。
本部分适用于具有人机交互的各类系统与软件，用户可以根据具体的产品选择合适的易用性指标。本部分不适用于无人机交互功能或者在使用期间无易用性需求的系统与软件。
注：本部分中所指的系统主要是软件系统。
