本标准适用于经高温反应制得的稀土硅酸盐体系荧光粉，该体系荧光粉在250 nm～500 nm的紫外光、蓝光激发下发出绿光、黄绿光、黄光、橙色光，与440 nm～500 nm的蓝光激发光源能够复合出各种色温的白光，主要用于紫外或蓝光LED芯片激发的LED灯。
