本标准规定了塑料储藏盒的产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则，标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于以聚乙烯（PE）﹑聚丙烯（PP）、聚苯乙烯（PS）、聚碳酸酯（PC）、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）、丙烯腈苯乙烯共聚物（AS）等原料，经注塑成型的塑料储藏盒(以下简称储藏盒)。
