本部分适用于智能传感器。本部分也适用于其他类型的传感器（前提是预先对其差异进行考虑）。对于某些使用微机电系统部件构成的智能传感器（如化学分析仪、流量计等）以及预期在特殊环境（如爆炸气体环境）使用的智能传感器，还需参照其他相关国家标准。
