GB／T 3048的本部分规定了金属材料电阻率试验的术语和定义、试验设备、试样制备、试验程序、试验结果及计算和试验记录。
本部分规定的试验方法适用于测定实心(非绞合)铜、铝及其合金金属导体材料和电阻材料的体积电阻率和质量电阻率，以及测定实心金属导体材料(均匀截面积)的单位长度电阻。
本部分所提供的方法为测定标准条件下电阻率在(0.01～2.0)Ω·mm2／m(μΩ·m)范围内的实心(非绞合)材料电阻率的基准试验和常规试验方法。
本部分应与GB／T 3048.1一起使用。
