GB／T 3048的本部分规定了导体直流电阻试验的试验设备、试样制备、试验程序、试验结果及计算和试验记录。
本部分规定的试验方法适用于测量电线电缆导体的直流电阻，其测量范围为：
——双臂电桥： (2×10-5～99．9)Ω；
——单臂电桥： 1 Ω～100 Ω及以上。
本部分规定的试验方法不适用于测量已安装的电线电缆的直流电阻。
本部分应与GB／T 3048．1一起使用。
