GB/T 3048的本部分规定了耐电痕试验的术语和定义、试验设备、试样制备、试验程序、试验结果及评定和试验记录。
本试验方法适用于测试电线电缆耐受在污秽条件下因表面漏电引起电痕迹而造成损坏的能力。
不按本部分规定的污秽条件得出的结果，不能与按本试验方法所得试验结果相比较。
本部分应与GB／T 3048．1一起使用。
