本标准规定了热处理温度测量要求，包括热处理设备和仪表系统分类、系统精度校验、温度均匀性测量、温度传感器、仪表以及管理等方面要求。
 本标准适用于高要求的零件和材料热处理，不适用于单纯加热和材料生产过程中的中间热处理。其他热加工工艺也可以参考执行。
