本标准适用于以鲜、冻梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)、雪蟹(Chionoecetes oplio)为原料，经蒸煮、剔肉、装罐、巴氏灭菌、冷藏等工序所制成的罐装冷藏蟹肉产品。其他罐装熟蟹肉产品可参照执行。
