本标准规定了医院安全技术防范系统的基本要求、防护对象及防护要求、系统技术要求和检验、验收、运行、维护要求。
本标准适用于二级（含)以上医院（包括综合医院、中医医院、中西医结合医院、民族医院、专科医院、康复医院、妇幼保健院等)新建、改建和扩建的安全技术防范系统。疾控中心、急救中心等其他医疗机构参照执行。
