本标准规定了使用电光源、电源电压不超过250 V、带有充电装置的可移式灯具的安全要求。
本标准适用于家用和类似用途的带充电装置的可移式灯具。
本标准不适用于蓄电池可徒手拆卸的灯具，以及：
——打算提供应急照明的灯具；
——打算用在特殊场所的灯具，如存在腐蚀性和爆炸性气体(灰尘、蒸气或煤气)的地方；
——用太阳能充电装置充电的灯具。
